ate nihonmura with The Supper Club! pre-exams enjoyment + ansel's birthday celebration. there were about 12 of us if i didnt remember wrongly, but yar we forgot to take a group picture :(

celebrated our 7th month, which i cannot remember where we went. and no photos were taken. :/ maybe we forgot to celebrate? i know he had work that day though!

though lonely times in toapayoh library macdonalds myself for hours everyday. at least 10 hours. that was for the econs.
was saving 17and181109 to study for 191109's MAS213 paper.

hmmm in this month, i lost another uncle who was close to me :( he nearly passed away 3 years ago, but somebody gave him a chance to live on. 3 years later, he didnt manage to pass the next test of life. on 151109 he wasnt feeling well already, feverish and a headache. went to see a GP who couldnt find anything wrong hence was given medicine for his fever. 161109 he was in pain at home but still thought it was normal. 171109 he felt a sharp pain in his chest. i didnt have to go to school but the rest of the adults must work. my brother was working at TTSH then. so awaken by the call at 6am, brother and i went to fetch him from his home to admit him to TTSH. bro went to work and i was left to do the admin procedures. he was wheeled into A&E at 7-ish 8am and i did not see him till 6pm the same day. in the 10 hours or so, i was trying to study at the starbucks but i was so tired. and halfway the hospital called and said he actually suffered a mild heart attack and the docs would like to speak to me. called my brother and he went down with me. all the while i didnt get to see my uncle.

then after he was hospitalised, we went to the bed to see him. he looks abit blur but still very much conscious. he took out his oxygen mask because it was uncomfortable. but my brother said "no you have to put it on because you had a heart attack" and my uncle could still say "siao, how you know i got heart attack". he could still make jokes of my mother and so on. so we thought he was ok. informed the rest of the aunts, who will come the next day because it was already past visiting hours soon.

but the next morning, apparently, his condition took a change for the worse and his brain was bleeding. he was unconscious and his blood was contaminated. we stayed vigil at his side till about lunch time. i went to check in on him before leaving for lunch. but i saw that his machine was beeping. his heart rate was like 130+ i was so scared. i have to get the nurses and there was some chaos. told the rest but we stll went for lunch. when we came back, he was in a critical condition, and the doctor was about to speak to us in a room.

it was like in a drama. she was explaining his three major problems the heartattack, the blood haemorrhage and the contaminatd blood. and because my uncle was on medication to thin the blood it was difficult for them to clot his blood and stop the bleeding. and his chances of recovery were very low. i was crying by now already. i know we have to let him go soon. but because everything happened so quickly in just two days. it was more upsetting than ever. at least i was the last to see him alive. :( and at least he waited for his dearest sister to come before leaving. because while the doctor was explaining to us his condition, the nurse came in suddenly to say "the patient has collapsed" and the doctor rushed off. everyone was crying like mad. and then the doctor came back (as per drama) to say "we have already done our best" and they have to clean him up before we can see him. cant imagine how bloody the scene was. :(

then after all the crying came the preparations for the funeral. to choose the coffin. the type of funeral. the shifu. his photos. etc etc. 2 busy days. and i didnt manage to study for my first exam paper the next day hence i took mc. :( nobody would be in the mood.

WHAT A BAD YEAR. HMPF. :(:(:(

and boyf went overseas on the 21/221109 and i have to bear all the pain myself. especially the final day which my uncle will be here. because he was the youngest uncle, only the cousins and i can do the rituals for him, and as well as when he was going to be cremated. he had 2 big houses. several cars, and alot of things. the shifu said he came back the last 2 days. just looking at us from a distance. i wonder what he looks like. and is he enjoying life now? oh and i bought some 4d and manage to strike a $10

exams on the 19, 20, 24, 25, 261109 and 021209.
it was difficult for me to study for my papers during the funeral too.
i want to do my last bit for my uncle and fold the joss paper for him too.
but anyway i did use the days before exams to pia finish the revision. :(
